LG PRISM AI Wins 2026 IN2 SABRE Award for AI Innovation

LG Electronics’ proprietary AI-powered communications intelligence platform, PRISM AI, has received the Best AI Tool or Product award at the 2026 IN2 (Insight & Innovation) SABRE Awards Asia-Pacific, further highlighting LG’s growing role in AI-driven communications and digital transformation. PRISM AI has also been named a finalist in the Consumer Electronics & Telecommunications category at the 2026 SABRE Awards Asia-Pacific.

Presented by PRovoke Media, the SABRE Awards Asia-Pacific are recognized among the leading awards programs in the global public relations industry, honoring outstanding achievements in branding, reputation, engagement, and communications. The IN2 SABRE Awards specifically recognize innovation in public relations, including artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital engagement, and emerging communications technologies.

Developed as an AI-powered global PR analytics platform, LG PRISM AI uses large language models (LLMs) and deep learning to analyze communications data across 200 markets and 30 brands worldwide. The platform evaluates millions of news articles to measure PR performance and generate strategic insights, using key indicators such as the PR Score and CI Index, alongside context-based keyword analysis and AI Agents that turn complex information into actionable reports.

The platform is designed to help executives and communications professionals make faster and more objective decisions by providing data-driven insights into PR performance across different markets. Its evaluation methodology and measurement metrics have also been validated by Burson, a global public relations consultancy, reinforcing the platform’s focus on credible and objective communications measurement.

The latest recognition highlights PRISM AI’s technological capabilities and its practical value in real-world business communications. By applying artificial intelligence and data analytics beyond a single business function, LG aims to demonstrate how AI transformation can improve the way a global organization plans, measures, and manages communications.

LG’s broader AI transformation initiatives also helped drive the development of PRISM AI. As the company expanded its use of data-driven technologies across the organization, its Overseas Sales and Marketing Company identified the need for a global framework capable of measuring and optimizing PR performance across diverse markets.

“PRISM AI enables us to objectively measure communications impact across markets and derive strategic insights from our activities – supporting LG’s business portfolio transformation and differentiated market strategies around the globe,” said Thomas Yoon, executive vice president of the Overseas Sales and Marketing Company at LG Electronics. “It is an indispensable tool for making more informed decisions with greater speed and precision.”

Cho Jung-bum, head of the AX Center of CSO at LG Electronics, also emphasized the role of PRISM AI in the company’s broader AI transformation efforts. He noted that combining LG’s global PR expertise with advanced AI transformation capabilities demonstrates how AI can move beyond individual tools to influence how an organization operates.

With its 2026 IN2 SABRE Awards recognition and SABRE Awards Asia-Pacific finalist position, LG PRISM AI continues to showcase how artificial intelligence, data analytics, and communications technology can work together to support more informed, measurable, and strategic global public relations.
